Distributor program FAQ
How does territory exclusivity work? add
Exclusivity is awarded per market based on annual volume commitment and channel coverage plan. Smaller markets can reach exclusivity faster; larger markets typically start as semi-exclusive with a path to full exclusivity once volume targets are hit.
What is the MOQ to start? add
For appointed distributors, MOQ is typically 1×40HQ container (approx. 600–800 units depending on size mix). Sample mixed containers are available during the qualification stage.
Is there a minimum annual commitment? add
Yes — minimum annual commitments are agreed in the distributor contract and are sized to the market. Commitments unlock pricing tiers, marketing co-funding and exclusivity.
What payment terms are available? add
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit and 70% against B/L copy, FOB Shanghai or Tianjin. L/C at sight is supported for established partners. CIF and DAP terms are also available.
What marketing support do distributors get? add
Full marketing kit (catalog, datasheets, photos, label artwork in editable format), application engineering support, and selective co-funding for trade shows and digital launches in priority markets.
What is the typical lead time? add
Catalog SKUs ship in 25–30 days from PO confirmation. First container post-NDA typically ships within 35 days. Custom-label production adds 5–10 days for label artwork approval and printing.
