Shaanxi Lingyun Storage Battery Co., Ltd. (Lingyun) is the manufacturing entity behind AltusVolt. Founded in 1993 in Baoji, Shaanxi Province, the company is a first-fit battery supplier to major Chinese commercial vehicle OEMs including Shaanxi Auto, Beiben, Foton, and Sany.
AltusVolt is the global export operator that brings Lingyun's manufacturing depth to international markets. We handle distributor and OEM relationships, English-speaking technical sales, hazmat-compliant logistics, and after-sales support outside of China.

Every series ships with lab-validated performance. Our CNAS-accredited test laboratory runs vibration, climate, cycle-life, and electrical verification protocols aligned with BCI, DIN, JIS, and CCS standards.
Vibration Endurance
Three-axis vibration testing per SAE J537 / IEC 60095-1. Heavy-duty truck batteries undergo extended vibration profiles simulating off-highway use.
Temperature Cycling
Hot-cold cycling chambers from −40 °C to +75 °C. Validates case integrity, seal performance, and capacity retention across climates.
Deep-Discharge Endurance
Cycle life testing under PSOC (partial state of charge) for start-stop, and deep-cycle profiles for solar/marine series.
Capacity & CCA Verification
C20 capacity, reserve capacity, and cold cranking amps (CCA at −18 °C) verified per BCI, DIN, and JIS standards.
